Refund policy


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Misprinted/damaged/defective on arrival: Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense as long as a) requests are submitted within 20 days after the product has been received, b) a full photo of the damaged item is provided. Requests can be made to sales@samarrashop.com.

Please notice that we cannot offer size exchanges on t-shirts as they are produced specifically for you. 

Lost in transit: For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 20 days after the estimated delivery date.

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Our products are made-to-order. In the EU, the 14-day cooling-off period  does not typically apply to made-to-order products because they are considered customised goods, which are explicitly listed as an exception to the rule. Please notice that we cannot offer size exchanges on t-shirts as they are produced specifically for you. We can refund you if a) you send us proof you have purchased the exact same item in another size and b) return the item in the same condition it was received (shipping not covered by SAMARRA). 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
